The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to the Law "On the Fundamentals of State Supervision (Control) over the Economic Activity" (Harmonization of Regulations)

The legislative act amends the effective Law. Thus, only one supervision body shall function at the central executive power body. Moreover, the list of grounds for the conduction of extraordinary supervision is supplemented with a new reason (accident or occupational illness).

A relevant bill is registered under Reg. No.6214-2.
